Digital services

For service engagements, refunds are generally not available for work already performed. Deposits may be refundable before project kick-off, less any discovery effort.

Productized packages

If purchasing fixed packages (e.g., templates), refund requests within 7 days are considered when deliverables have not been downloaded or used, subject to review.

Exceptions
